FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION (FRI)
When you place an order to a Chinese factory, it is generally recommended to have an inspection conducted before shipment of goods.

The Final random inspection occurs when the production is completed, packed and ready to be shipped.
Our inspectors select cartons according to the international quality control standards, and they ensure that products quality as well as quantity conform to the specifications and purchase order.

The inspection is conducted according to the description of the products as well as against the sample provided by customers who can also determine specific inspection criteria.  It consists on a visual inspection of samples selected at random, and can include various physical tests depending on customer's requirement.

Your guarantee
With the appropriate Protection Clauses, the supplier will not receive payment without satisfying a level of quality certified by the Mixed Creations Development Company.  You can have more information about these guarantees in the Protection Clauses section.

　

FACTORY AUDIT
This service allows you to accurately assess the capabilities of a manufacturer before placing an order to ensure that you will choose the right supplier.
The following are examples of some of the aspect that may be evaluated in the audit:

• Number of employees /  workers in the production process

• Skills of workers

• Ensuring the ability of the factory to manufacture the products that clients request

• Social accountability standards assessment such as child labor, working hours, disciplinary practices

OTHER SERVICES
Sometimes the schedule for delivery is crucial and customers want to make sure the shipment is not delayed because of unsatisfactory product quality.
In these cases some inspections can be conducted at the different stages of the production process:

Product Development and Initial Product Check:
We emphasize zero defective starting before the production. We will check the quality of raw materials and functional design and make sure that the appropriate production techniques and approved standard will can be used in production at the later stage. This will highlight any non-conformity before production and the steps necessary to correct it. 

During Production Check:
We take inline inspections on schedule to monitor the production procedures and to make sure the products are being produced correctly as request. It takes an important role to make sure the finished products are qualified and cut down the possible risks to delay shipment.

Loading Instructions:
If your goods require special care, our inspectors will make sure that the carton are handled adequately when installed in a container.

For all of these services, we provide a detailed report including photos within 24 hours after inspection. This report gives you a clear view of the situation in the Chinese factories.
